KSCB to increase capital by US$7m

[DISCLOSURE] KSCB (065940) has decided on a 8 billion won (US$7.06 million) capital increase, it announced on July 14. It will issue 1,428,056 shares at 5,602 won per share and offer to Song Glara and 10 others to fund operation. The listing date is Aug. 5.
