[DISCLOSURE] Avista (090370) announced on July 14 that its largest shareholder has changed to Kim Dong-geun and one other from Weihai Textile Group Import & Export and two others, as they signed a stock transfer agreement to participate in management. Kim and other now owns 27.67 percent stake.
