[DISCLOSURE] Hanjin Transportation (002320) has taken over the entire 21.33 percent stake of Tan Cang Cai Mep International Terminal owned by Hanjin Shipping (117930) for 22.9 billion won (US$20.02 million) in an outside dealing to secure liquidity, it announced on July 12.
