JT Corporation to issue CB worth US$6.1m for investment

[DISCLOSURE] JT Corporation (089790) will offer convertible bonds worth 7 billion won (US$6.1 million) in private to fund its investment in equipment, the semiconductor tester company announced on June 24. This amounts to 30.93 percent of its equity capital. The maturity date is June 28, 2021.
