[DISCLOSURE] On June 23, Sejin Heavy Industries (075580) acknowledged reports that it is considering selling off stake in its subsidiary Dongnam Marine Crane (101000) but did not provide any specifics, in response to Korea Exchange’s inquiry.
DMC also released a statement saying that nothing was determined about its largest shareholder’s sell-off.
