Y-Entec acquires BS Shipping for US$6.5m

[DISCLOSURE] Y-Entec (067900) has acquired 1.42 million shares of BS Shipping for 7.5 billion won (US$6.5 million) to secure additional vessels, it announced on June 21. The firm now owns 100 percent of the sea transportation company.
