[DISCLOSURE] Huayi Brothers (204630) announced on June 21 that two individuals with special relationship to its CEO Ji Seung-beom have sold 570,000 shares combined in an outside dealing. The stakes of Ji and four individuals with special relationship to the entertainment management company decreased to 51.48 percent from 53 percent.
