[DISCLOSURE] Bota Bio (026260) has taken over 30,000 shares of Aplus, a tax-free business operator, for 6 billion won (US$5.2 million), it announced on June 21. This amounts to 45.15 percent of its equity capital. The biopharmaceutical company now owns 100 percent stake.
