Hwa Seung Industry's Indonesian branch to increase capital by US$29.3m

[DISCLOSURE] Hwa Seung Indonesia, an affiliate of Hwa Seung Industry (006060), will increase its capital by 34.4 billion won (US$29.3 million) by issuing 294,000 new stocks, it announced on June 17. The issue price is 1,170 won.
