    KOREIT (034830) will invest 70 billion won (US$59.4 million) to acquire Dongbu Construction (005960), soon to be out of court receivership, it announced on June 17. This amounts to 14.4 percent of its equity capital. The real estate trust company will acquire shares of private equity fund represented by Keystone Private Equity with cash.

[DISCLOSURE] KOREIT (034830) will invest 70 billion won (US$59.4 million) to acquire Dongbu Construction (005960), soon to be out of court receivership, it announced on June 17. This amounts to 14.4 percent of its equity capital. The real estate trust company will acquire shares of private equity fund represented by Keystone Private Equity with cash.
