[DISCLOSURE] G-Smatt Global (114570) has signed an exclusive sales contract in United States with G-Smatt America for its “smart glass,” the firm announced on June 17. For the 10-year contract including sales rights and licensing, the company will pay 10 billion won (US$8.5 million) in non-refundable royalty.
