    Daelim Industrial Co (000210) will guarantee a 400 billion won (US$339.6 million) loan of Osan Landmark Project, it announced on June 16. The construction company will also lend 205.5 billion won in cash to the real estate developer, it said in a separate statement. These amount to 8.32 percent and 4.28 percent of its equity capital, respectively.

[DISCLOSURE] Daelim Industrial Co (000210) will guarantee a 400 billion won (US$339.6 million) loan of Osan Landmark Project, it announced on June 16. The construction company will also lend 205.5 billion won in cash to the real estate developer, it said in a separate statement. These amount to 8.32 percent and 4.28 percent of its equity capital, respectively.
