CEO Cha and corporate executives made and sold 200 cakes with 40 children from Myungjin Children’s Welfare Center, at the Hanwha 63 City Building in Yeouido, Seoul. The earnings were donated to a crowdfund that assists children abroad.

The 100 volunteer programs that will take place in April and May are a show of gratitude toward the firm’s customers which helped it record such revenue. Some 1,100 Hanwha Life employees are expected to participate.

The next volunteer program took place in Daegu with company employees and children of multicultural families harvesting strawberries as well as presenting wild flowers to the elderly.
