Kia Motors Corp., South Korea's No. 2 automaker, said Tuesday that its sales increased 6.8 percent in November from a year earlier on robust demand from home and abroad.
Kia sold a total of 286,303 vehicles last month, compared with 268,102 units a year earlier, the company said in a regulatory filing.
Domestic sales rose 12.4 percent on-year to 50,031 units, and overseas shipments climbed 5.7 percent to 236,272 units.
Kia Motors sold 2,742,899 units during the January-November period, down 0.6 percent from a year earlier, it said. (Yonhap)
