The new Swedish Ambassador to Korea Lars Danielsson has arrived in Seoul and started his duty at the embassy.

He takes over the duties of former Ambassador Lars Vargo who is taking over the Swedish mission in Tokyo.

Danielsson was the Consul General of Sweden in Hong Kong and has worked as a diplomat in Beijing, Geneva and New York.
