Gwangju International Center is celebrating its 17th GIC Day on Oct. 29 at the Kimdaejung Convention Center.
Pavilions will be set up to show off the cultures of different nations, and give people the chance to taste foods from 14 countries from all around the world, including Japan, Sri Lanka, Mexico, Kenya and Malaysia.
Other booths will be run by local groups and clubs in the Gwangju community, and a flea market will sell second hand items.
A stage at the event will feature dance, taekwondo demonstrations and other performances. Elsewhere you can take time to make necklaces or take part in art workshops.
Gwangju Immigration will provide free consultations on any inquiries you might have concerning immigration and visa issues, while Chosun University Faculty of Dentistry will answer questions about dental examinations.
