Italian regional cuisine at JW Marriott Hotel Seoul

Olivo, the hotel’s authentic Italian restaurant, presents a culinary tour of Italy’s regional dishes from Nov. 12 to Dec. 16. The “Italian Regional Special Promotion” will offer guests a chance to sample popular dishes from all of Olivo’s diverse Italian regional promotions held over the last two years. The promotion will feature 10 la carte dishes from seven regions of Italy and a set menu. The dishes include ricotta-filled dried beef roll, made with bresaola (naturally dried beef), and arugula salad from the Lombardy region. From the Campania region, home to Naples and Sorrento famous for its abundant seafood, Sorrento-style seafood soup, grilled snapper and king prawn with ratatouille will be served. la carte dishes are priced from 17,000-47,000 won, while course menus are priced at 65,000 won for lunch and 76,000-88,000 won for dinner, excluding tax and service charges.
