Enhypen uploaded teasers for its sixth EP “Desire: Unleash” on Friday via agency Belift Lab.
A poster for the mini album showed blood red letters spelling out “Make You Mine” wiggling and jerking while an animated graphic of pitch black oozed over the album title, hinting at a darker and untamed ambience.
The EP, due out on June 5, will be the beginning of a new narrative for the band, whose second LP “Romance: Untold” from last year hit the Billboard 200 at No. 2 and sold over 3 million copies. The LP's repackage, “Romance: Untold – Daydream –” set a first-week sales record for a K-pop reissue at 1.4 million units.
The group returned to Korea on Thursday after its debut at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, during which members announced the title and release date of the upcoming EP.
