SK Telecom said Tuesday it will showcase its advanced artificial intelligence technologies and services at CES 2025, the world's largest consumer electronics and IT trade show, scheduled to run through Friday in Las Vegas.

SK Group’s exhibition space spans about 1,950 square meters and features 32 AI-related innovations, including SK Telecom’s AI data center solutions and a range of AI-driven services. The exhibit also highlights collaborations with global partners.

A central theme of SK Telecom’s showroom is its AI data center solutions. The highlight is a massive kinetic LED installation -- 14 meters wide and 6 meters tall -- that dynamically represents the flow of data in digital ecosystems. Behind the eye-catching visual, the telecom carrier will be showcasing 21 AI data center items across four key areas: energy, AI, operations and security.

SK Telecom will also introduce several groundbreaking AI services aimed at the North American market. These will include the global AI agent Aster, designed for enhanced communication and support, and ScamVanguard, an AI-powered fraud detection and prevention technology that won the CES Innovation Awards.

Additionally, the company will showcase a range of AI technologies, including the AI-powered indoor and outdoor population and network data analysis system Litmus Plus, the pet AI diagnostic assistance service X Caliber and the AI Quantum Camera, which can be utilized across a range of fields such as robotics, security, media and healthcare.

The showroom will also feature AI memory solutions from the group’s chipmaking unit SK hynix, highlighting the synergy between SK Group affiliates in driving AI advancements.

"While SK focused primarily on the potential of AI last year, this year we are showcasing practical, real-world applications. In particular, we are emphasizing AI data center technologies, along with foundational technologies for efficiently managing energy solutions. Through various AI applications, we aim to lead the AI era by providing the necessary infrastructure and services that act as a catalyst for this transformation,” said Lee Jong-min, vice president and head of future R&D at SK Telecom.
