Fine dust concentrations are rated as “normal” in most areas of Korea, but in the capital city and Chungcheong, Gwangju, North Jeolla, Busan, Ulsan and South Gyeongsang province, levels will occasionally push into “bad” during the morning.

The weather agency said that while morning temperatures won’t veer far from the previous year’s, the daytime highs are likely to climb higher.
