Hyundai Engineering & Construction, the main construction unit of Hyundai Motor Group, will begin sales of 1,482 units of Hillstate Geumjeong in Gyeonggi Province in June, the company said Tuesday.

Hillstate Geumjeong consists of four apartment buildings and one studio apartment building, each with up to 49 floors and six basement floors. The size of each apartment ranges from 72 square meters to 84 square meters, mainly small and midsized units for single households and newlyweds.
There will be 180 units of 72 square meters, 181 units of 73 square meters and 482 units of 84 square meters.
For the studio apartments, buyers can choose either those with one room or a terrace.
There will be 234 units of 24 square meters, 181 units of 38 square meters, 90 units of 44 square meters, 89 units of 48 square meters and 45 units of 84 square meters.
The firm has been touting the complex as a new residential area in Geumjeong, situated adjacent to Seoul.

Located next to Geumjeong Station on Subway Line Nos. 1 and 4, the Hillstate Geumjeong complex has a good transportation network that connects to Seoul’s Yongsan and Sadang areas, according to the company.
Passengers will be able to reach Yongsan in 30 minutes via the subway and 20 minutes to Sadang.
