캄보디아에서는 한여름 별미로 ‘타란튤라 거미’ 튀김을 즐겨먹는다.
로이터통신에 따르면 우기에 돌입하는 6월이 타란튤라 사냥의 제철이다.

농부 킴 코이는 “단 한번도 물린 적 없다”며 위험천만한 타란튤라를 맨손으로 잡는 모습을 선보였다.
타란튤라 튀김을 처음 맛봤다는 이는 “메뚜기보다 좋다”고 말했다.
