The 123-story Lotte World Tower has completed construction, and Lotte has applied to the Seoul Metropolitan Government for a permit to open the “2nd Lotte World,” including the tower, to the public. The inspection by city officials, specialists and citizen panels is expected to take over a month. If the permit goes through, the 555-meter-high building will be the tallest in Korea. (
