The K-pop scene is about to get bigger.
DSP Media -- the agency behind girl groups Rainbow and April -- is getting ready to unveil a new act.
On Thursday morning, the entertainment company released a cryptic teaser image, featuring the words K.A.R.D and Ohnana, and the numbers 12 and 13, on the official social media pages for K.A.R.D, the name of the anticipated group.
“Until now, (members of K.A.R.D) have been working behind the scenes, showcasing their writing, composing and choreography skills,” said DSP Media, which will be announcing one group member at a time starting Friday.

Additionally, another management company Happy Face Entertainment announced earlier this week that it will be introducing a new girl group, named Dream Catcher, next year.
“We’ll boost the K-pop scene with an unexpected music style and genre,” said Happy Face Entertainment, the agency behind the veteran girl group Dal Shabet, in a statement.
Earlier this year, YG Entertainment shook the K-pop industry with the debut of its latest girl group Black Pink, which has released multiple chart-topping hit tracks since August.
