South Korean construction company Hyundai Engineering Co. plans to unveil a new apartment complex in the newly developed residential town Chojeon District in Jinju, South Gyeongsang Province, the company said Thursday.
The company will open a model house for Hillstate Chojeon on Friday and begin sales on Sept. 27. Hillstate Chojeon will consist of nine 33-story apartment buildings with a total of 1,070 houses ranging in size from 84 square meters to 91 square meters.
The Chojeon District in Jinju is expected to grow into a major residential area in the city with a total of 5,500 households living there, according to the builder.
The Hillstate Chojeon is the last batch of apartments to go on sale in the district and its residents will be able to move there as early as April 2019.
Hillstate is a brand name for premium apartments developed by Hyundai Engineering.
