Hyundai Engineering and Construction is providing various programs for its partner companies to promote closer ties and support their overseas businesses.
The Korean builder has annually offered overseas site visit programs for top 20 partner firms since 2012 to help them pave new business paths in the foreign market. Earlier in May, Hyundai E&C and the partner company workers visited construction sites in Indonesia and Singapore.

It has also provided special education programs for the partner company employees who wish to participate in the overseas constructions. As of this month, 105 workers from 97 partner firms benefitted from the classes on particular countries such as Indonesia and the United Arab Emirates.
It has also offered various welfare packages such as free health checkups to workers at partner companies. The builder also offered low-interest loan programs to partner firms struggling for securing funds. Hyundai E&C has annually raised funds of around 20 billion won ($18 million) since 2010 for the loan program.
