From a small-scale boardroom meeting for six to a grand ballroom reception for 1,250, the hotel houses 26 separate individual event spaces ranging in size from 18 to 1,250 square meters.
The East Tower houses a pillar-free ballroom as well as 16 event venues and a large, pillar-free conference room. The West Tower also features a Grand Ballroom with a capacity of 830 people in a banquet setting, two pillar-free conference rooms and another five meeting rooms, most of which offer panoramic views of either Incheon International Airport or the terrace garden.
For MICE guests staying at the hotel, Grand Hyatt Incheon offers an array of facilities including complimentary shuttle services between the hotel and Incheon International Airport departing every 15 minutes; free wireless Internet available throughout the property; and business center services, which are made available to all guests.

For dining out in luxury, the hotel also features two all-day dining buffet restaurants: the Grand Cafe, buffet of authentic European and Asian comfort food, and Restaurant 8 -- a unique dining concept featuring eight distinctive restaurants. For a little indulgent night cap, Vy (Vibration of Youth) Bar & Karaoke offers carefully curated range of cocktails, whiskies and wines by the glass.
Other hotel entertainment amenities include specialized cooking classes taught by the hotel’s executive chef, body and facial treatments and the gambling pleasures of the Paradise Casino Incheon. The casino is located in the lobby level of East Tower and offers black jack, baccarat, roulette and tai sai and an array of around 50 slot machines.
