A sibling fight leads to murder

A middle-aged woman was taken into police custody Tuesday on suspicion of murdering her younger brother.

Gyeonggi Suwon Nambu police said that the 52-year-old is suspected of stabbing her brother aged 47 during an altercation, which led to his death.

The woman, surnamed Kim, had been staying with her younger brother’s family for a number of months.

At the time of the alleged attack, Kim is said to have been under the influence of alcohol and angry at her brother’s usual disdainful attitude toward her.

The police is seeking an arrest warrant for Kim.
