The average small company salary represents 62.1 percent of what those employed by large companies received last year.

Regular workers employed by large companies and small companies received a much smaller entry-level salary of 24.5 million won and 21.89 million won last year.

They represented 60.1 percent and 53.7 percent of regular workers at large companies, the report showed. (Yonhap)
