NCsoft, a leading Seoul-based online and mobile game developer, said Monday that it had launched an annual hiring drive for college graduates.

Positions are open in 12 fields including online and mobile game development, platform and artificial intelligence technology development, game and technology project management, service planning, user-experience designs, game marketing and security planning.

Those interested in applying can download an application form from the company’s website until Oct. 24, the company said in a press release.

The firm’s hiring process will consist of two stages ― a written test that it calls NC Test and job interviews with executives and employees.

The NC Test is used to evaluate applicants’ qualifications and job skills, the company said.

The company will run several LINC cafes during the recruitment period to offer counseling services for job seekers.

“The cafe will be used as a place where future NCsoft employees can meet senior employees and ask questions or make inquiries regarding the open positions,’’ a company official at the personnel department said.

LINC will be open at KAIST, a South Korean science-oriented university in Daejeon, on Oct.16. In Seoul, the cafe will be set up in Sinchon on Oct. 17, in Daehangno on Oct. 20 and at Seoul National University on Oct. 21.

The cafes will be open from 1:30-5:30 p.m.

The company encourages job seekers to visit the LINC cafe to learn more about the company and obtain useful information directly from insiders.

“We are looking for talented and passionate candidates who are willing to accept any kind of challenges,” the company official said.

The applicants can also visit Facebook (www.facebook.com/NCSOFT) for updates on the 2014 job openings.
