For the second year in a row, Chadwick International proved itself to be the top international school in Korea.

Chadwick International, the second campus of Chadwick School founded in California by Margaret Lee Chadwick, focuses on providing a wide range of education programs, from pre-kindergarten to 12th grade. Since opening in 2010, the school has remained true to its purpose of assisting students vying to become the global leaders of tomorrow.

The students of Chadwick learn that education is more than just books. The school pushes them to actively solve problems by “doing” via a seminar-style approach similar to that of the globally recognized International Baccalaureate program.

With this approach, the school helps students develop deeper conceptual understanding, natural leadership skills, habits of mind, a global perspective and a system of ethics, which help them prepare for the ample opportunities provided by globalization.

But learning is not confined to the classroom, as Chadwick International encourages students to apply it in the real world. Service learning, along with a variety of outdoor programs, help students build relationships and interact with their community and the outside world.

The school’s contributions are already recognized worldwide as it is accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges and is a contributing member of a number of American and global professional organizations.

“We are gratified to be listed again on the Herald’s ‘Best’ list. The award manifests the remarkable global learning environment created by our extraordinary teachers and the achievements of our creatively engaged students,” said Charlie Sachs, the Head of School at Chadwick International.
