대통령 영부인에게 실직 아빠 이력서를 건네준 10살 딸

10살 소녀인 샬롯 벨 (Charlotte Bell)이 백악관에서 정기적으로 열리는 “일자리 견학 (Take Our Daughters and Sons to Work Day)”행사 도중 영부인 미셸 오바마에게 자기 아버지의 이력서를 전달했다고 UPI가 보도했다.

“우리 아빠는 3년 동안 실직자였습니다. 영부인께 아빠의 이력서를 전달 드리고 싶습니다,” 라는 말과 함께 이력서를 영부인에게 전달했다.

오바마 여사는 벨을 안아줬으며 “이것은 사적인 일이지만 샬롯은 아빠를 위해 무엇인가를 하는구나” 라고 다른 아이들에게 말했다.

CNN에 의하면 오바마 여사는 행사가 끝난 후 나가는 길에 이력서를 가져갔다고 한다.

Girl gives Michelle Obama her jobless dad‘s resume

A young girl who attended the White House’s annual “Take Our Daughters and Sons to Work Day” took advantage of the opportunity to speak to Michelle Obama.

“My dad‘s been out of a job for three years and I wanted to give you his resume,” the girl told a surprised first lady, before handing her a copy of her father’s resume.

The first lady hugged the girl, identified later as 10-year-old Charlotte Bell, and took the resume.

“Well it‘s a little private, but she’s doing something for her dad, right?” she told the rest of the children.

According to CNN, Obama grabbed the resume on her way out of the event. (UPI)
