Jamsil Indoor Stadium was filled to the brim with deafening screams on Tuesday night as thousands of fans flocked to the arena to witness the 12 members of EXO in the group’s latest showcase.

Around 8,000 young K-pop lovers attended the “EXO Comeback Show” to see their beloved K-pop idols perform live and hear the newest singles off EXO’s soon-to-be-released six-track EP “Overdose.” As soon as the members took to the stage with back-to-back performances of their hit tracks “Wolf” from their first studio album and debut single “History,” the crowd went wild ― too wild in fact.

While the group fed the audience’s EXO addiction, huge waves of fans who had been waiting anxiously on the arena floor tried to push through to get a better glimpse of their idols. However, the ceaseless pushing resulted in a number of young girls being injured and having to be carried out by the stadium staff. This forced EXO to continually plead with their fans not to push toward the stage.

“There is nothing more important to us than your safety so please be careful and enjoy the show,” Kai pleaded at the beginning of the showcase as the fans continued to scream in excitement.

After their repeated attempts to settle the crowd, the stars went on to perform past hits “MAMA” and “Growl” ― switching back and forth between EXO-K (Korean) and EXO-M (Mandarin) versions ― before finally unveiling singles from their upcoming album. After giving fans a small taste of all six of the album’s tracks by playing short snippets from each song, the boys performed the full versions of their remake single “Like Like,” “Run” and the EP’s eponymous lead track “Overdose.”

EXO also revealed the official music video for “Overdose” ― which features all 12 members ― for the first time. The music video was reportedly shot using one-take filming, so if any of the members made a mistake with the choreography, they had to start again at the beginning.

“We wanted to show people a new side of us so we spent a lot of time and worked really hard preparing this album for you guys,” said Baek-hyun. “Filming the music video was actually very difficult for us because we have so many members. But despite all of our struggles and mistakes during the shoot, we had a great opportunity to work together and really improve our teamwork skills.”

EXO’s “Overdose” will be officially released online on April 21.
