자세 교정해주는 티셔츠, 잘 팔릴까?

하루 종일 컴퓨터 앞에서 일하는 경우가 많은 요즘, 틈틈이 스마트폰까지 보다 보면 자세는 구부정해지기 마련이다.

경영전문지 패스트컴퍼니는 입고 있는 동안 저절로 자세를 바로잡아주는 티셔츠를 소개했다.

프랑스에서 제작되는 ‘업티셔츠’는 어깨와 등 부분에 밴드가 있어 구부정한 자세를 펴준다. 구부정하게 있으면 밴드가 조여 불편하지만 허리와 어깨를 펴고 바른 자세를 유지하면 편안하다. 세계 최초로 개발된 자세 교정 티셔츠는 특허로 인정받았다.

업티셔츠는 면 제품으로 가격은 127~140유로(한화 약 18~20만원)다. 현재 10가지 종류의 티셔츠가 판매되고 있다.

$200 t-shirt designed to stop slouching

Meet Up Couture, a Parisian fashion design company, has released “Up,” the world’s first anti-slouching T-shirt, Fast Company reported.

The Up organic cotton T-shirt is designed with a patented configuration of elastic bands which are sewn right into the garment.

The Up T-shirt supports the shoulders, making the t-shirt feel less comfortable when slouching than when practicing good posture.

The posture-enhancing tee is selling for between $175 and $200.
