Actor and entertainer Marcos (Marcos Benjamin Lee), who was booked for allegedly hitting his wife Ahn Si-hyeon, will not be indicted after Ahn said she did not wish to press charges against him.
According to the police, Marcos pulled Ahn’s hair and slapped her several times while they were quarreling over child care on Sunday morning. His wife called the police and Marcos was arrested on the spot. He returned home after being questioned for over five hours. However, on Monday, Ahn told the police she did not want him punished.

“There was a small argument but there was no assault involved,” his wife stated. “Since this incident started from a misunderstanding, Marcos thinks they need some time to understand each other,” an official from his agency Sang-A Entertainment added.
Marcos and Ahn Si-hyeon, a former professional golfer, tied the knot in 2011 and have a child. Marcos is a Korean-Argentinean who made his debut in the 2007 movie “Love Exposure.” He did not attend the recording of MBC’s “Find! Delicious TV,” a program on which he is a regular guest, on Tuesday.
