Philippine cuisine at Millennium Seoul Hilton

The hotel’s international buffet Orangerie is showcasing Philippine cuisine during the month of June. Guest chef Sau Del Rosario will prepare traditional Philippine dishes such as lechon (whole roasted pig), adobo (pork or chicken boiled with vinegar and soy sauce), pancit (fried noodles with meat and vegetables), kare-kare (oxtail with peanut sauce) and lumpia (spring rolls and egg rolls). It will also provide a variety of desserts made with sticky rice, coconut, condensed milk and other local ingredients and flavors. The lunch buffet is priced at 64,000 won for adults and 38,400 won for children aged 12 and under. Dinner is 69,000 won for adults and 41,400 won for children. All prices include tax. Special summer event at Sheraton Seoul D Cube City Hotel

The hotel presents a special seasonal package “Awaiting Summer” from June 1 to 30. The package includes a one-night stay at the hotel with free access to the gym and swimming pool. Also, during their stay at the hotel, all guests can enjoy the musical entertainment at the D-Cube Art Center, which is connected to the hotel. There will be a complementary gift of a specially designed Sheraton beach bag with two beach towels and a Summer Splash Ice Flake with toppings of red beans, fresh fruits, macaroons, and ice creams at the lobby lounge bar. Outdoor summer barbecue at The Ritz-Carlton, Seoul

The hotel’s restaurant, The Garden, is serving a range of premium barbecue at its outdoor dining area surrounded by trees, flowers, and a small pond. The restaurant provides a course menu that includes appetizers such as shrimp cakes, seasoned crab and rice salad, and tomato and beet soup garnished with melon. The main course includes grilled salmon, scallops, lobster, rib eye and tenderloin steak, and lamb ribs, all cooked on the spot by the chefs. For desserts, rum chocolate mousse, and pistachio creme brulee make the perfect end to this outdoor dinner. This is available until September and priced at 140,000 won per person including tax. JW Marriott Hotel Seoul to introduce top global chefs

For the month of June, the hotel is holding a series of gourmet events “Culinary Art at JW” with seven internationally renowned chefs from Japan, France, Italy, China, India and Thailand. Each guest chef will present a variety of a la carte dishes and special gala dinners in collaboration with the hotel‘s restaurants: The Cafe, JW’s Grill, Olivo, Man Ho, and Mikado. The highlight of the event will be the grand gala dinner on June 20 where all seven visiting chefs, together with the hotel’s own executive chef Andreas Krampl, will prepare an unforgettable feast. Special seasonal menus at Renaissance Seoul Hotel

The hotel’s restaurant Vendome has opened their outdoor lounge and is now presenting a “picnic lunch” with their new daily a la carte menus and signature pizzas for 15,000 won. The “Today’s Pizza” offers kimchi pizza, smoked salmon pizza, Bolognese pizza, chicken and arugula pizza, and bulgogi (sauté beef) pizza. A la carte menus include kimchi and shrimp fried rice with short ribs, doria rice, a choice of pasta, egg noodles with black bean sauce, and quesadilla with chicken skewer. It also offers a variety of beer garden packages between 6 p.m. and 10 p.m. such as a sausage and meat barbecue or a seafood barbecue, both with unlimited draft beer, at 39,500 won and 45,000 won respectively. Also, unlimited wine is available at 36,000 won, unlimited soju and makgeolli at 21,000 won, and unlimited draft beer and soft drinks at 18,500 won. All prices include tax.
