Lotte Hotel Jeju recently opened He:on, the largest premium outdoor heated pool on Jeju Island. After five months of renovation, the hotel has upgraded its swimming pool areas and now offers guests a first class getaway equipped with all the features of a luxury pool, spa and garden.
He:on embodies an oasis of complete relaxation, refreshment and recovery, while still providing guests with opportunities for exciting fun for the whole family with majestic waterfront scenery, premium massage therapy packages provided by SK-II therapists, and the splash and play waterslide and pool area for the kids.

Guests can now enjoy the hotel’s swimming area and heated spas until midnight every day throughout the year. The He:on pool also offers a wide variety of options such as a poolside bar, cabana, Jacuzzi, pop-jet fountain, 360-degree water slide and an on-site dry sauna, as well as a separate kiddy pool and water park area.
In celebration of the opening of He:on, the hotel is offering special packages and events for both families and couples. The “Hi! He:on” package, which is available through March 31, provides guests with a one-night stay in one of the Deluxe Halla Rooms, breakfast for two and an Olle trail trekking program accompanied by an Active & Creative Entertainer guide. Guests who book a package for more than two nights will also receive a complimentary Primera organic cosmetic healing kit. The package rates are 270,000 won on weekdays, 350,000 won on weekends and 400,000 for guests who book during the Lunar New Year holidays, Feb. 8-11.
Along with the special opening package, the Lotte Hotel Jeju is also offering the “Hi! He:on Spa” package. This package, which is available through Feb. 28, is a premium healing package designed especially for women.
It includes an SK-II Cabana Therapy session along with one night’s stay in the hotel’s Deluxe Ocean Room and breakfast for two. Guests who book this package for more than two days can enjoy a complimentary buffet for two while basking in the view of the hotel’s spectacular Volcano Fountain show. The rates for the spa package are 330,000 won on weekdays, 410,000 won on weekends and 460,000 won over the Lunar New Year holidays.
All guests who purchase one of the offered He:on packages can also enjoy two complimentary cocktails at the poolside bar, along with a bowl of clam chowder. The pool bar currently serves gluehwien (mulled wine), Tavalon teas, and Hallatinis, which is the Lotte Hotel Jeju’s signature cocktail made with Jeju’s very own Mt. Halla soju and Hallabong orange slices.
Hyundai Platinum card holders can receive a discount of 80,000 won per night on all packages plus two free Lotte Cinema tickets for those who stay through Feb. 28. Guests who stay through March 21 will also receive a gift box of Tavalon teas.
