Mayfield Hotel opens residential suites

Mayfield Hotel has opened residential suites targeting business travelers and long-term visitors to Korea.

Located in western Seoul, the hotel is 5 minutes and 30 minutes away from Gimpo and Incheon International Airports, respectively. It also offers easy and fast access to major destinations in the city center such as Yeouido and the Kintex convention center.

The hotel offers a unique blend of warm hospitality and comfort from nature as it is built in a forest.

A total of 57 suite rooms with nine different types are now available. The rooms vary in size from 32 square meters to 105 square meters, featuring state-of-the-art amenities including high-speed Internet, a home entertainment system and Korean floor heating system.

Each room is also equipped with kitchens for residents who want to cook, with a separate dining area.

Residents can also work out at the fitness center and relax at the swimming pool with a children’s pool and playroom. Guests can enjoy golf at one of the largest indoor golf ranges in Seoul.

The hotel aims to be the best place for business people and their families by seeking a balance between work and life. The residence supports work by providing a warm and stylish atmosphere with convenient facilities and business services.

The hotel’s restaurants showcase healthy food at Nakwon, famous for its Korean rib dishes; the traditional Korean restaurant Bongraeheon; buffet restaurant Michelin; Italian restaurant La Festa and Chinese restaurant Ewon.

The hotel promotes an accommodation package that offers visitors a chance to spend a comfortable holiday during the winter season from Dec. 1-Feb. 28.

The “Let It Snow” basic winter package features a one-night stay in a Superior room, breakfast for two persons and a postcard for a complimentary gift and is available at 161,000 won, excluding tax and service charges.

Another package comes with a tour of the natural forest surrounding the hotel for families with children that includes family activities such as collecting winter plants and making snowmen.

The hotel also offers a spa program that features a 70-minute full body treatment at 90,000 won for customers who purchase the winter packages.

With the package, customers can also get a 50 percent discount on the sauna, and a 10 percent discount on restaurants and golf course.
