Sarashina Soba Special at Westin Chosun

The hotel presents the true taste of soba at the “Homuran” Japanese restaurant by inviting Yoshinori Horii, the head chef of Japan’s famous “Sarashina Horii” soba restaurant, with more than 220 years of history and tradition. Various types of sobas including Yuzu soba, Kakitama soba with crabmeat, seafood soba with scallops and more will be introduced for the first time in Korea from Dec. 4 to Dec. 7.
