LG DIOS puts priority on customer-first value

The V9100 home refrigerator has five doors and an internal storage capacity with 910 liters, the world’s largest of its kind.

The refrigerator is armed with high technologies developed by LG Electronics. Also, its unique “Lady First System” made through advice from housewife customers well reflects LG’s value in prioritizing customers

We had difficulties choosing the message of our advertisement because the refrigerator has many high-tech functions. This is why we made a two-part commercial ad.

In the first episode, we tried to inspire people to buy the product and to deliver the message of “The Birth of the Dream Refrigerator DIOS.”

In the second episode, we wanted to show our tech prowess through the DIOS. As a result, we were able to offer information as well as anticipation to customers.

We will continue to reflect our female customers’ views and their lifestyles in our DIOS products and make our best efforts to better convey our message through advertisement.
