Global automaker Volvo is recalling 447 cars in South Korea due to a detective hose that could lead to leakage of power steering fluid, the government said Thursday.

The vehicles subject to the recall are the S80 passenger sedans produced between March 8, 2006, and May 16, 2007, according to the Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs.
A leak of steering fluid can result in loss of maneuverability and steering, the ministry said.
Owners of cars subject to the recall may take their vehicles to any Volvo service center in the country for free repairs from Friday.
