Samsung Electronics, the world’s second-largest mobile phone maker, unveiled a new smartphone Galaxy S in Seoul Tuesday, apparently to beat Apple’s latest iPhone 4.
Models show Samsung Electronics Co.'s new smartphone "Galaxy S" on June 8. The 9.9 millimeter-thin Galaxy S adopts Google Inc.'s Android 2.1 software, and is powered by Samsung's 1-gigahertz chip.
