Trump gets the ‘finger’ from female cyclist

Oct. 30, 2017 - 15:35 By Catherine Chung
A female cyclist was caught on camera swearing and showing her middle finger toward US President Donald Trump on Oct. 28 as he was leaving the Trump National Golf Club in Sterling, Virginia, local media outlets reported Monday.

It is said that President Trump was leaving the golf club at 3:12 p.m. when the presidential motorcade saw two citizens riding their bikes along the road.

According to UK-based newspaper the Guardian, one of the cyclists expressed his disapproval by showing a “thumbs down” toward the black Chevrolet Suburban fleets.

The accompanying female cyclist, however, was not so shy. As the vehicles tried to pass her on the road, she looked up, lifted her left hand and proudly flashed her middle finger.

As the presidential cars slowed down, the woman persistently sped up next to the cars and “visually swore” at the US president until the cars changed directions.

She was seen wearing a white short sleeved shirt, black tights and a helmet. The identity of the female cyclist has yet to be determined.

It remains also unconfirmed whether Trump, who was sitting in one of the cars, had seen the cyclist swearing at him.

Earlier that day, another citizen was seen protesting against the Trump administration, while holding a sign that read “impeachment” at the front gates of the private golf club.

Trump has visited his golf club for the past four consecutive weekends.
