킴 카다시안 등 할리우드 스타들 노출사진 또 인터넷 유포

미국 여성 유명인들의 노출 사진이 또 인터넷에 유포됐다고 TMZ 등 현지 온라인 매체가 20일(현지시간) 보도했다.

TMZ에 따르면 이날 미국 온라인 익명게시판 '포챈'(4chan), 뉴스 공유 웹사이트 '레딧'에는 할리우드 여배우 킴 카다시안, 바네사 허진스와 여자축구 스타 호프 솔 로의 노출 사진이 올라왔으나 곧 삭제됐다.

또 이날 온라인 매체 버즈피드는 지난달 사진이 유출돼 피해를 본 제니퍼 로런 스를 비롯해 오브리 플라자, 메리케이트 올슨, 헤이든 파네티어 등 할리우드 여배우 들의 개인적인 동영상과 사진이 온라인상에 유포됐다고 전했다.

이번 유출도 해킹에 의한 것으로 보인다고 미국 매체들은 전했다.

앞서 지난달 31일에는 유명인 100여명의 노출 사진이 인터넷상에 퍼지면서 제니 퍼 로런스, 리애나, 에이브릴 라빈, 앰버 허드 등 할리우드 여배우•가수들이 피해 를 봤다.

당시 피해자 일부의 아이클라우드(애플의 데이터 저장 서비스) 계정이 해킹당한 것으로 알려지면서 클라우드 서비스의 보안성에 대한 우려가 제기되기도 했다. (연합)

Second apparent leak of hacked celebrity nude pictures: US media

More nude celebrity photos, purportedly including reality star Kim Kardashian, circulated social media Saturday, in what appeared to be the second massive hacking-related leak in less than a month, US media reported.

The pictures, which also included nude shots of actress Vanessa Hudgens and US soccer star Hope Solo, appeared briefly on 4chan and Reddit, before being removed, celebrity gossip site TMZ reported.

BuzzFeed said that personal videos and photos belonging to actresses Aubrey Plaza, Mary-Kate Olsen, Hayden Panettiere and Leelee Sobieski were posted, in addition to previously unseen pictures of Jennifer Lawrence.

Hackers first released a trove of nude starlets' photos on September 1, after snatching them from Apple's iCloud in what the tech giant has called a "targeted attack."

The company has denied its cloud storage system was breached, suggesting that the celebrities had their accounts hacked by using easy-to-guess passwords, or by giving up their personal data to cybercriminals posing as Apple, a technique known as "phishing."

In addition to Lawrence, celebrities whose pictures were allegedly stolen and posted online in early September included model Kate Upton, singer Avril Lavigne and actress Gabrielle Union. (AFP)
